    Decks, stairs and railings

    New decks in cedar or composite, rebuilt stairs, and railings, including open metal rail that keeps a water view.

  • Gray shed with double doors and a windowed dormer

    Sheds and outbuildings

    Storage sheds built on a proper base and finished to match the house.

  • Cedar porch posts and railing on a dark-sided house

    Remodel and exterior carpentry

    Porch posts and railings, pergolas, window replacement and trim, stone veneer, and interior remodel work.

  • Fresh exterior paint on a craftsman-style home

    Painting

    Exterior repaints of siding, trim and garage doors, with the prep that makes paint last in Puget Sound weather.

How pricing works

I prefer to give you a fixed price before any work starts, so we both know the number.

Time-and-materials billing only comes up when it is genuinely the fairest way to price a job for both of us, and if that is the case I will explain why before we begin.

Ted McCammant, owner

I have lived, coached and volunteered in Stanwood-Camano for years, and I started Community Construction Plus in 2023 to put that same commitment into the homes around me.

Before this business I spent my career at Cascade Natural Gas, including as a district operations manager. That work was about doing things safely, to code, and the same way every time. I run this company the same way.
